Awards Network employee incentive programs can be setup for you to do as much or as little administration as you like. Our online reporting dashboard is available 24/7 for program administrators will give you access to add points, send emails, check expenses and ROI, download the most up to date award catalog and more. Your Account Management team can also add points, maintain employee accounts and run reports.

Incentive Program Supplements

Your Account Management team will design emails, posters, flyers and a variety of other communications to make sure your employees are aware of the incentive program. Communications can be customized with your logo and branding and personalized with each employee’s name and account information.

Incentive Program FAQs 

All incentive program materials, in print or online, may be completely customized with your company’s logo and branding.

Awards Network can customize emails, posters, statements, catalogs, flyers and other media for incentive program communication.

Awards Network requires a minimum of 3 weeks to setup an employee incentive program once we have received all of your program information.

You have the option of pre-paying for points or not paying for points until they are spent by your employees.

Awards Network recommends the industry standard of 1/2 cent (.005) per point but clients may select whatever point scale they would like to use.

Employees may redeem points online or by sending in their order information by mail or fax.

All shipping/handling charges are included in the gift collection pricing for any item shipped within the 48 states. Additional shipping charges and any applicable taxes, duties and freight charges will apply for any item shipped outside these states.

Awards Network can ship outside the 48 states. We can hold orders and ship them once a month or ship items as they are ordered. Additional shipping charges, taxes, duties or royalties will apply for any item shipped outside the 48 states.

Most items ship within 3 days and arrive within 14 business days. Larger items such as furniture or large appliances are shipped by trucks and may take 4-6 weeks to be delivered.

In case an employee receives a damaged or malfunctioning award, he or she simply needs to contact us for an exchange or replacement within 30 days of receiving the item. A return label or call tag will be emailed to the recipient so that he or she may return his or her gift at no charge. We will then ship out a replacement item or the recipient’s alternate gift choice. After this 30 day period items are covered under manufacturer warranties as they apply.
